Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days to change your mind – no questions asked.

We want every purchase at Strumpfhosen.at to satisfy you. If something didn't work out – return the item within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Simple. No hassle.

1. Return Period

30 calendar days from the date you received your order.

The start date is the day the parcel was delivered to your address or made available at a pickup point.

2. Return Shipping Cost

Returns are free of charge – we provide a ready-to-use GLS label for shipping.

How to get your label:

1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Return – Order Number" and include your order number.

2. We will send you the GLS label as a PDF within 1 business day.

3. Print the label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at any GLS ParcelShop.

3. Acceptance Conditions

We accept returns if the item:

· ✅  Has not been worn or used

· ✅  Has not been washed or damaged

· ✅  Is in its original packaging (intact, with all tags and labels)

Why these conditions? Tights, stockings and socks are products that come into direct contact with the skin. We cannot resell a tried-on or worn item to another customer – this is a matter of hygiene and quality.

5. Partial Returns

You can return any number of items from your order – you don't have to return everything.

How it works:

· Email [email protected] and let us know which items you are returning.

· You may keep the remaining items.

Special condition for Multipacks (discounted sets):

If you purchased a set (e.g. 5 pairs at a reduced price) and wish to return only part of it – the refund is calculated at the standard unit price of each item, not the set price. The diff itemsce will not be refunded.

A set of 5 pairs is offered at €19.95. The regular unit price is €5.99 per pair. You return 2 pairs and keep 3 pairs: 3 × €5.99 = €17.97 | €19.95 − €17.97 = €1.98 refund

6. How to Make a Return – Step by Step

Step 1  – Contact us

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Return – [Order Number]". Let us know which items you would like to return (optional but appreciated – reason).

Step 2  – Receive GLS label

Within 1 business day we will send you a free GLS label in PDF format.

Step 3  – Pack the item

Place the item in the original packaging or another sturdy box. Print the label and attach it securely to the outside.

Step 4  – Drop off the parcel

Take the parcel to your nearest GLS ParcelShop. Keep the drop-off receipt – it confirms shipment and protects you in case of loss.

7. Refunds

When: within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. You will receive a confirmation email.

Where: to the original payment method used for your order:

· Credit/debit card → back to the card

· PayPal → back to the PayPal account

· Bank transfer → to your account (IBAN required in the request)

· Klarna → once we confirm receipt of the return, Klarna will automatically cancel or refund the payment. Keine weit items Maßnahmen Ihrerseits erforderlich.

· Shipping costs: The original shipping costs are refunded if you return the entire order. For partial returns, shipping costs are not refunded.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

Received damaged, defective or wrong items? We will fix it auf unsere Kosten.

5. Include a photo of the defect and your order number.

6. We will send a free GLS return label and offer: replacement or full refund.

7. New item or refund – within 5 business days of receiving the return.

In this case we also refund the original shipping costs.

9. Sale Items and Gifts

Sale items (discounts, clearance): are returned under the general conditions. You will be refunded the price you actually paid.

Quantity promotions: When returning one of more items = refund of the returned item minus the discount applied to the set. For questions about the calculation – contact [email protected]

10. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return an item without an account?

Yes – simply email [email protected] with your order number. We will send the GLS label to your email address.

I lost the original packaging – can I still return?

Unfortunately no: the original packaging is a mandatory requirement for returning hosiery items for hygiene reasons.

How long does a refund take?

Up to 7 business days after our confirmation. Usually faster. Bank processing may take an additional 1–3 days depending on your bank.

Do I need to provide a reason for returning?

No – you have the right to return without giving a reason. However, if you do share one (wrong size, quality didn't match expectations, etc.) – you help us improve.

What if I want to exchange rather than return?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order – it's faster and more convenient.
