Withdrawal Policy
A. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. via the online form above or by email to [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
B. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. No fees will be charged.

C. Return Conditions
We accept returns if the item:
- has not been worn or used
- has not been washed or damaged
- is in its original packaging (complete, with all labels and tags attached)
For hygiene reasons, stockings, tights and socks can only be returned unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging. Returns without original packaging cannot be accepted.
D. Refund
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You will receive a confirmation email.
Refund to original payment method:
- Credit / debit card → to your card
- PayPal → to your PayPal account
- Bank transfer → to your account (IBAN required)
- Klarna → automatic cancellation by Klarna
Original shipping costs are refunded if you return the entire order. For partial returns, shipping costs are not refunded.
